The larger the wire package diameter and the wire specification, the smaller the speed adjustment range. Small transformer winding machines are generally around 0-300r/min. Medium-sized ones are around 0-160r/min. Large transformer winding machines are around 0-20r/min.

The reducer is a 1400r/min motor that reduces the speed to about 300, thereby increasing the torque. The frequency converter can adjust the winding machine from 0-300r/min steplessly.

Commonly used reducer mechanisms include RV, cycloid, spiral bevel gear, helical gear, hardened tooth surface, cylindrical bevel gear, etc. Due to differences in product quality, transmission efficiency, service life, etc., all prices are also different. Be sure to ask clearly when purchasing.
