


This machine is a new type of winding equipment specifically designed for wireless charging receiver coils, capable of simultaneous winding with multiple wire sets. It features fully automated processes including automatic wire feeding - cutting - winding - ejection. With optional robotic arm integration, it can be adapted for production line operations.
The machine body is constructed with integrally cast chilled iron for superior rigidity and stability. The control system incorporates a touchscreen interface for user-friendly operation. Its mechanically optimized design utilizes specially treated materials throughout. Precision motion is achieved through imported servo motors and high-precision ball screws, while rotation systems employ imported bearings to ensure high efficiency and exceptional accuracy.
