It supports winding with various materials including enameled wire, stranded wire, and single-core wire for outer-winding coils. Equipped with a robotic arm for post-winding processes (cutting, arranging, and soldering), it seamlessly integrates with assembly lines. The chassis features a one-piece chilled cast iron casting for robust stability, while the control system adopts a touchscreen interface for user-friendly operation. The mechanical structure is rationally designed with specially treated materials. Imported servo motors and high-precision ball screws ensure motion accuracy, and imported bearings guarantee high efficiency and precision in rotational components.
