Featuring a rational mechanical structure design, it integrates seamlessly with production lines. All materials undergo specialized process treatment.
The control system employs a touchscreen interface for user-friendly operation. Imported servo motors and high-precision ball screws drive mechanical movements, while imported bearings support rotating components. The flyer-type spindle winding, combined with a six-station rotating system for wire cutting and demolding, ensures high efficiency and precision in production.
